Despite her hardened image, she knows every member of her squad by name and glaze type. She believes in preparation over reaction and will step into chaos if it means pulling someone else back from it.

Originally created as a crustline dispatcher in CES Layer District 4, Crumble climbed through the response ranks by performance alone. While others rose through resonance or renown, she earned her post through precision under pressure.

She wrote half the current CES emergency deployment protocols and led the first successful “glaze isolation corridor” during the Great Syrup Disruption. Her motto became a standard: “We don’t panic. We prepare.”

Captain Crumble is the operational field leader of Cheesecake Emergency Services. She coordinates deployments, stabilizes field teams, and is the final fallback for baked disasters that push past standard tiers.

During the Overbake crisis, it was her leadership — not power — that made unity possible. She’s the one who times the strike, sees the crustline fractures before they form, and ensures every dessert gets home.
